I came home and wanted a snack:
The nectarine won! But then for dinner I ate a whole box of frozen TGIF honey BBQ chicken bite...things. Thus - fail.
I felt guilty about all the food I ate so I started to do some strength training. I got out my 8 lb weights and my kettle bell, and maybe did some stuff for 15 min. I was then going to do core strength for 10 min...but I'd say I collectively did 3. So, 18 min isn't bad right?
And to think I finished Ironman Coeur d'Alene last week in 14:53:51. However, I have no upper body strength and get bored easily.
After working out I began part 2 of my healthy eating plan. I started looking up smoothie recipes. I found one then went to the grocery store and spent $36 and low fat this, low fat that. Peanut Butter, bananas, frozen berries.
Oh no, I'm turning into one of those people who replace meals with shakes. Maybe, yes. But I was so excited about all the stuff I bought I made a shake for my "2nd Dinner." It was yummy, hopefully I can start drinking these for breakfast and it'll get me through the day.
